3. Can set glue size, glue speed, dispensing time, stopping glue time. Stable glue exudation without glue leaking and dripping.

4.The dispensing head set the micro touch switch, convenient operation; no air pressure, power can work.

5. Precise stepper motor, numerical control available

6.Apply three-axis robot to control the dispensing position to ensure high precision of glue dispensing

Principle

Compress the glue into the feed pipe connected to Piston Chamber by conpressing air into the glue botton(injector). When the piston is in the upstroke, the piston chamber is filled with glue.And When the piston is pushed down, the glue is extruded from the needle nozzle.
