Thermoplastic Road Marking Paint is a specialized road marking material that uses thermoplastic petroleum resin as a binder along with qualified pigments, fillers, and additives.
C5 Resin Thermoplastic Road Marking Paint with 180~220℃ Application Temperature and Fast Drying (3mins) for Durable Road Lines
Thermoplastic road marking material offers advantages including fast drying, easy execution, high reflectivity, and long service life. The material consists of resin, EVA, PE wax, filler materials, and glass beads in solid powder form at normal temperature. When heated to 180-200°C using a heat fusing pot during construction, it becomes flowable. Coating this material onto road surfaces forms a hard film with full line type and strong wear resistance. Sprinkling reflective glass micro beads on the surface during construction provides excellent nighttime reflectivity, making it widely applicable for highways and roads.
