Thermoplastic road marking material offers advantages of fast drying, easy execution, high reflection, and long service life. Primarily used on roads and highways, this marking paint is applied at a thickness of 1.0-2.5 mm. The paint is mixed with reflective glass beads or has beads dropped on during construction, providing excellent night-time reflective performance and extended service life of 2-3 years depending on traffic flow and coating quality. Application requires special heating equipment, and when repainting, thicker old coatings must be removed first.

  • Titanium dioxide: Good whiteness, high purity, small particle size, low oil absorption
  • C5 resin: Outstanding pigment affinity, good compatibility with EVA, excellent heat stability
  • PE wax: Heat resistance, abrasion resistance, acts as lubricant to enhance paint processing performance
  • Calcium carbonate: High precision classification, high whiteness
  • Glass beads: Top brand beads for high reflectivity, available as drop-on or intermix
