Description

The bag-feeding powder packaging machine has replaced manual packaging, achieving packaging automation for enterprises. The mechanical gripper of the equipment automatically takes bags, prints dates, opens bags, sends signals to the metering device for metering, and then drops, seals and outputs.

The single-axis drive with an inner CAM design ensures fast packaging speed, stable operation, simple maintenance and reduced defective product rate.
Modular heating, accurate temperature control, and alarm prompts for heating faults
The design concept of the team is to reduce the loss of packaging materials, ensure the stability of equipment operation and extend the service life of the equipment. The operation is simple and convenient. It adopts a PLC+POD(touch screen) electrical control system with a friendly and collaborative human-machine interface.
The packaging range of the machine is extensive, capable of packaging various bagged materials such as liquids, sauces, granules, powders, and solids. It is only necessary to use different metering devices first according to different materials.
This machine uses pre-made packaging bags. The packaging patterns are neat and the sealing quality is good, thereby improving the quality and grade of the products.
