Our Harvest self loading concrete mixer truck adopts a streamlined production line integrating laser cutting, robot welding, AGV intelligent assembly, and pressure testing. Its core components are high-strength, wear-resistant materials, three-dimensional double-helix mixing, and hydraulic transmission to ensure strength, uniformity, and less problems.

1. Raw Materials Cutting and Blanking
Main Material: Q345 high-strength steel + wear-resistant steel (mixing drum/blades).
Laser Cutting: CNC precise cutting for flatter surface & accuracy ±0.5mm.
2. CNC Bending
CNC bending machine for one-time forming, ensuring consistent curvature of the frame & drum.
3. Robot Welding
Frame/Drum: workers do spot welding first, then robot will do complete welding which will no missed welds & minimal deformation.
Mixing Blades: Three-dimensional double-helix structure, wear-resistant steel welding, residue rate ≤0.6%.
4. Boring & Milling
high-precision machining on key stress-bearing/fitting holes and mating surfaces to ensure coaxiality, perpendicularity, and interchangeability, so that the whole vehicle runs smoothly with a longer service life.
5. Shot blasting
After these structural parts finished the above process, they will go for next shot blasting to remove impurities and rust so that all parts will be clean enough.
6. Electrophoretic Coating
After shot blasting the parts will be put into electrophoretic tank for first coating

Complete Machine Debugging: No-load/Load testing to make sure mixing drum rotation, speed/pressure are in good condition
Proportioning Calibration: precise weighing of sand/cement/water.
Testing: full inspection of braking, steering, climbing (30°), and unloading functions.
