Control method

Wire size specification

Applicable to most wires such as RV flexible wires, 10 specifications from 0.3 to 16 square millimeters (currently, materials and fixtures are required for wires smaller than 0.5 square millimeters).

Terminal specifications

0.5 to 16 square millimeters; terminal insulator length within 11 mm, conductor length within 20 mm.

The stripping length is 6-30mm, and the position of the insertion into the rubber shell can be controlled by motor adjustment, freeing up the original mechanical limit adjustment.

Terminal supply

Vibratory feeder feeding, one tray can be used for 10 types of terminals, and only simple adjustments are needed to make it compatible with 10 types of terminals.

Crimp shape

Regular quadrilateral pressing, servo motor pressing, pressing height is adjustable;

The crimping shape can be customized with a special crimping mold.

Manually replace relevant fixtures and adjust the vibratory feeder, select existing parameters, and control the recall of memorized parameters.

Approximately 3.2 seconds per terminal, the exact time may vary depending on the wire material (considered as a single machine cycle). For manual operation, it is approximately 4 seconds per terminal (depending on the wire material).
