**DJYPVP Industrial Automation Cable Tinned Copper Mesh Per Pair Shielded PVC Computer Signal Cable**
- Rated Voltage: 300/500 V
- Conductor: Multi-stranded tinned copper (Class 5 flexible)
- Insulation: High-quality Polyethylene (PE)
- Shielding: Each twisted pair individually shielded with aluminum-foil + tinned copper braided mesh (≥85% coverage); optional overall tinned copper braid
- Core Identification: Pairs numbered sequentially; black insulation with white numbers
- Inner Sheath: PVC bedding
- Overall Shield: Tinned copper braided mesh (optical coverage ≥80%)
- Outer Sheath: Oil-resistant, flame-retardant PVC (black or blue); RAL 5015 blue commonly used for intrinsic-safety systems
- Temperature Rating: –40°C to +80°C (fixed), –15°C to +70°C (flexible installation)
- Min. Bending Radius: 10 × cable diameter (fixed), 15 × cable diameter (occasional flexing)
