LS-450plus book cover wrapping machine and paper lining and wrapping machine

Introduction:

LS-450plus Box and book cover positioning machine is a important part for gift box production. the visual positioning is better than hydraulic positioning. which has much more stable and high positioning accuracy.

The fastest setting time of visual positioning part only need 7 minutes. And now, the visual positioning has been applied in the production of rigid box, gift box, shoe box, cellphone box, cosmetic box, ring box, jewelry box, tea box etc.

It is also able to positioning the book cover because it a multi-function packaging machine. some clients also use this machine for do paper lining.

Main features:

1. With high speed, Max speed is 39 pcs/min.
2. Easy operation, the min setting time of change model is 7 minutes.
3. No-move camera when change sizes.
4. Double Germany Basler cameras (ten million pixels).
5. Dual feeding system, one button change box feeding to book cover feeding system.
6. Machine is equipped with an anti-leaking gluing system.

7. Panasonic Servo motor feeding system.
