1, This machine adopts an intelligent production line with automatic flying paper feeding, glue feeding, automatic carton or gray board feeding and manipulator grasping and positioning.

2, The glue in the rubber box of this machine can control the 24-hour preheating function.

3, The machine uses two 5-megapixel high-definition cameras image system and Yamaha manipulator to locate the box (accuracy ＜0.1mm

4, The whole machine adopts PLC control, high-definition camera positioning system, touch human-machine interface, and manipulator grasp positioning.

5, Computer Control, Automatic Stop and Fault Display

6, Automatic Control System of Glue Viscosity(Selection)

7, You can choose one or two cartons to connect the part of the forming machine to produce cartons.(Selection)

8, It is optional to connect a four side folding machine to form an automatic case maker machine behind the conveyor belt.(Selection)
