| Use | It has extremely low volatility and good compatibility with materials. When used at higher additions, it is less likely to precipitate from the material, making it more suitable for applications with higher requirements for material processing, thermal stability, and weather resistance. It has a weak interaction with metal catalyst residues in the material. UV-1577 is a hydroxybenzyltriazine-type ultraviolet absorber that can absorb ultraviolet light from 280-380 nanometers, with peak absorption at 293 nanometers and 342 nanometers. It has good compatibility, low volatility, good durability, low migration, good thermal stability, and high absorption efficiency, and also has the characteristics of long-lasting absorption efficiency and non-complexation with metal ions. It is suitable for polyesters, polyether esters, polycarbonates, polyamides, polyetheramides, polystyrenes, acrylic copolymers, poly(methyl methacrylate), polybutylene terephthalate, and styrene-acrylonitrile resin. It is especially suitable for transparent and semitransparent engineering plastics, PC, PA, PET, PMMA films, sheets, and plates. |
