Offered pre-owned and freshly calibrated, the Keysight E5052B combines phase-noise, jitter, spur and frequency-response analysis in one 10 MHz-to-7 GHz platform. Built-in cross-correlation drives close-in noise floors below –177 dBc/Hz, while a 1 Hz–100 MHz offset span and on-board frequency tracking let you characterise VCOs, PLLs and clocks without external down-mixers.


Optional E5053A/11970 heads push coverage to Ka- and W-band sources, future-proofing the bench. SCPI-controlled USB/LAN plus fast 12-s sweep times accelerate design debug and production calibration—delivering Keysight metrology at a fraction of new-instrument cost with zero lead-time.
