Its autoranging CV/CC design, millivolt-level programming resolution and < 3 mV ripple keep precision analogue and RF bias rails quiet, while 10 ms SCPI response over GPIB or rear-panel analogue control accelerates throughput on production lines. Remote-sense terminals cancel lead losses, and comprehensive OVP/OCP plus over-temperature protection guard both DUTs and cabling.

Each unit ships ISO-17025-calibrated with current firmware, giving you Keysight-grade reliability, full manual/driver support and substantial capital savings compared with new hardware.
