Product Overview

The Keysight N6705B DC power analyzer delivers unrivaled productivity for sourcing and measuring DC voltage and current into the DUT. It integrates up to four advanced N6700-series DC power modules with DMM, oscilloscope, arbitrary waveform generator and data logger functions in a single 4-slot mainframe providing up to 600 W total output power, eliminating the need for multiple instruments, shunts or current probes and complex test setups.
