AUT Postioner is a three-dimensional turntable with Upper Azimuth and Lower Pitching, and Translational Axisis designed above the Azimuth table, this Positioner is controlled and run by a computerprogram.

1. Technical Parameters

1.1 AUT Positioner technical parameter

This Positioner is used to setup tested antenna,and it is a 3-dimensional Positioner with Translational / UpperAzimuth / lower Pitching function.

1) Vertical Load: ≥1000Kg

2) Bending Moment: ≥300Kgm

3) Turntable Diameter: ≥700mm

4) Max speed at full load:

a) Lower Pitching speed: 140 degree/min, adjustable

b) Upper Azimuth speed: 1.3 circle/min, adjustable

5) Position accuracy:

a) Lower Pitching ≤0.05 degree

b) Upper Azimuth ≤0.03 degree

6) Positioner Travel:

a) Lower Pitching axis rotating range: -45°~+92° limit (Tablelevel is 0degree)

b) Upper Azimuth axis rotating range: Forward and reverse 360° (limit)(-10°~+370°)

7) Translational axis, mobile platform size: 500mm×500mm;
