Description

Industrial water treatment FRP tanks are crafted from high-quality composite materials, serving residential, commercial, and industrial water systems. They excel in electroplating wastewater treatment, industrial boilers, chemical, light industry, and textile sectors, offering reliable performance across diverse scenarios.


The liners of these tanks are made from blow-molded or rotation-molded HDPE or LLDPE, ensuring chemical resistance and leakproofness. The tank shells, composed of fiberglass and high-performance epoxy resin, significantly enhance pressure-bearing strength—critical for stable operation in high-demand environments.


These versatile tanks function as either filters or water softeners. As filters, they house quartz sand or activated carbon to remove impurities; as softeners, ion-exchange resins inside eliminate calcium, magnesium, and other hardness ions, protecting industrial equipment from scaling.
