ED Type Silicon Carbide Rod
Silicon carbon rod electric heating element is a non-metallic high-temperature electric heating element made of high-quality green silicon carbide as the main raw material, processed into blanks, high-temperature silicified, and recrystallized into a cylindrical shape. Compared with metal electric heating elements, this component has the characteristics of high operating temperature (up to 1500 ℃), oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, long service life, minimal deformation, and easy installation and maintenance. Silicon carbon rod products include thick end and equal diameter silicon carbon rods, with various specifications and models including straight rods, U-shaped rods, three-phase rods, gun shaped rods, five section rods, groove shaped rods, single threaded rods, double threaded rods, etc. The diameter range of silicon carbon rods is Φ 8- Φ 54mm.
