U type Mosi2 Heating elemet

(1) The welding joint of the 1800 degree silicon molybdenum rod is full, protruding, and bulging, with no cracks in the welding area, which is different from the 1700 type.
(2) The surface of the 1800 degree silicon molybdenum rod is smoother and has a metallic luster.
(3) Compared to the 1700 type, the 1800 degree silicon molybdenum rod of the same specifications will be heavier.
(4) The colors are different. The 1700 type silicon molybdenum rod has undergone surface treatment to give it a black appearance.
(5) The current and voltage used for a 1800 degree silicon molybdenum rod are smaller than those for a 1700 degree element, which has a hot end of 9. The current used for a 1800 degree element is 220A, and for a 1700 degree element it is around 270A.
(6) The usage temperature is high, and it is more than 100 degrees higher than 1700 degrees.
(7) There are many styles of production, and various types of silicon molybdenum rods can be made according to customer requirements.
