U type Mosi2 Heating elemet
The U-type Molybdenum Disilicide (MoSi₂) heating element is a high-performance electric heating device. It is designed and manufactured based on the unique material properties of molybdenum disilicide and has a U-shaped structure. Molybdenum disilicide has excellent high-temperature performance with a melting point of around 2030℃, enabling it to work stably for a long time in high-temperature environments. In practical applications, this heating element can continuously and effectively provide heat within the high-temperature range of 1600℃ to 1800℃, meeting the requirements of various high-temperature heating processes. Under high-temperature oxidizing atmospheres, a dense silicon dioxide protective film will form on its surface, endowing it with excellent oxidation resistance and significantly prolonging its service life. Meanwhile, the molybdenum disilicide material has a relatively high resistivity, which can efficiently convert electrical energy into thermal energy, achieving rapid temperature rise and stable heating effects. The U-shaped design enables it to achieve more efficient uniform heating and heat transfer in specific heating equipment, and it is widely used in numerous high-temperature industrial fields such as metallurgy, ceramics, glass, and semiconductors.
