Description:
This element is a single-threaded silicon carbide heating element with a core specification of 12mm diameter, a 280mm hot zone, and a 120mm cold end. It is made from high-purity hexagonal silicon carbide and sintered at 2200℃. The hot zone features a single spiral groove structure, and the cold end is made of high-density conductive material. The overall design is a three-section structure of "cold end - hot zone - cold end," suitable for the heating needs of small to medium-sized high-temperature furnaces, experimental kilns, and other equipment.
Advantages:
- High-efficiency heating: The single-threaded groove structure optimizes the heating zone design, increasing heat power density and resulting in a faster heating rate than ordinary silicon carbide elements; the 280mm heating zone length provides a wider and more uniform heat radiation effect to the furnace cavity.
- Energy-saving and durable: The low-resistance design at the cold end significantly reduces heat loss, resulting in better energy efficiency than conventional elements of the same diameter; the seamless connection between the cold end and the heating zone alleviates thermal stress at the electrodes, helping to extend the element's service life.
- High adaptability: The 12mm diameter fits the standard furnace wall mounting holes of most equipment, and the cold end length also meets the installation requirements of conventional furnace walls, requiring no additional modifications to the equipment during installation; it also supports multiple units in parallel, facilitating flexible adjustment of heating power.
