Solvay PES/PESU Veradel 3430 GF30 is a 30% glass fiber reinforced polyethersulfone resin available in all colors. This high-performance amorphous thermoplastic offers exceptional thermal and mechanical properties for demanding engineering applications.

Veradel 3430 GF is a 30% glass-fiber reinforced polyethersulfone (PESU). The addition of glass fiber significantly improves material rigidity, tensile strength, creep resistance, dimensional stability and chemical resistance, while maintaining most other fundamental characteristics. This combination of structural properties and cost-effectiveness makes it an attractive alternative to metal materials for numerous engineering applications. The natural state is light gray and easily colored.

Veradel® PESU offers superior toughness, strength, and hydrolytic stability compared to other transparent engineering plastics. It withstands prolonged exposure to water, chemicals and temperatures, handling a broad range from -40°C to 204°C (-40°F to 400°F).

Recommended for applications requiring higher thermal capability, inherent flame resistance, improved chemical resistance, and enhanced mechanical properties.

Veradel® HC PESU is ideal for high-performance healthcare applications, being inherently flame retardant and highly resistant to healthcare cleaning and disinfecting agents while maintaining transparency, mechanical properties and dimensional stability in high-heat environments.
