Product Description:

Waterborne acrylic modified epoxy ester resin is mainly used to manufacture waterborne air-drying industrial coatings, and can also be used to manufacture waterborne amino baking industrial coatings.

Performance:

• Drying agent has been added, no need to add drying agent when making paint.
• Small odor, high gloss, good drying, high hardness, good water resistance, good salt spray resistance, good storage stability.
• Excellent pigment wetting and dispersibility and shear stability, helps pigment wetting, can directly participate in grinding color paste.
• The system is stable at pH 8.5-9.5, and will settle and stratify under acidic conditions. Pay special attention when adding acidic pigments, and use organic amines to adjust the pH value.

Applications:

It is mainly used for anti-corrosion, anti-rust and decoration ofmetal surfaces, including primers, topcoats and primer-topcoats for vehicle chassis parts, auto parts, frames and axles, gearboxes, brake pads, motors, steel structures, cylinders, construction machinery, hardware tools, containers, railway locomotives, agricultural machinery, elevator parts, oil pipelines, transformers, valves and other metal products.

Packing and Shipping:

-Please store in a cool and dry place; avoid direct sunlight.

-After use, please seal and store in time to prevent the product from solidifying or contamination; avoid pouring the remaining liquid back into the bottle.

- Packaging: 50KG/barrel.

Unopened: 6 months (recommended storage conditions: 10-35℃ , RH 50±10%). Use as soon as possible after opening.
