This product is a water-based hydroxylated acrylic dispersion designed for formulating high-performance, two-component polyurethane (2K PU) coatings. A key feature is its positioning as a recommended replacement for Bayhydrol A2470.Primary Application:It is used with a water-based isocyanate curing agent to create topcoats and clearcoats for various metal and wood substrates.Key Features:

Important Note: The product's viscosity and thixotropy increase as the pH value rises.Application Guidelines:
•Curing Agent: Must be diluted to 60-70% with a co-solvent (e.g., PGDA or PMA+DBE blend) before use.
•Mixing: The main agent and curing agent must be stirred thoroughly, ideally with a mechanical stirrer.
•Dilution: Can be diluted with water at 5-25% of the main agent weight.
•Grinding: It has excellent wettability and can be used in grinding processes, but with important precautions:
•Grinding time should be less than 2 hours.
•Grinding temperature should be below 50°C.
•The process contains unstable factors that may decrease stability.
Packaging & Storage:
•Packaging: Available in 20KG/200KG wide-mouth plastic drums or custom packaging.
•Storage: 12-month shelf life. Store in airtight containers at 5~35°C. Avoid freezing, high temperatures, and physical damage.
