High Gloss Styrene Acrylic Emulsion for Metal Anti-Rust Paint | Industrial Anti-Corrosion Resin
Product Description

WL-J403 is a water-based styrene-acrylic copolymer emulsion manufactured by WangQin Chemical. Designed for water-based anti-corrosion coatings for steel structures and ironwork, it is free from heavy metals and halogens. It features small particle size and low viscosity, and demonstrates excellent compatibility with rust inhibitors and anti-rust pigments. Coatings formulated with this emulsion exhibit outstanding resistance to water, saltwater, and salt spray.

The resulting films offer excellent adhesion, high gloss, and a full appearance, alongside superior resistance to water whitening and outdoor weathering. It is an eco-friendly, low-VOC product with good compatibility that supports brushing, roller coating, and spraying applications; it is widely used for the anti-rust protection of metal components, iron railings, and equipment.
