WL-J408 is a APEO-free acrylic polymer emulsion engineered specifically for formulating high-performance, eco-friendly interior and exterior wall latex paints. Synthesized using high-purity additives and advanced functional monomers, this versatile emulsion exhibits a robust multi-defense stability system, including exceptional calcium ion (Ca2+) stability, mechanical shear resistance, and excellent freeze-thaw durability. Specially optimized for architectural coatings, WL-J408 seamlessly integrates into various PVC latex paint systems, guaranteeing flawless processing and outstanding paint stability.

Performance
- Compared to other styrene-acrylic emulsions of the same amount in latex paint, this product exhibits superior adhesion, water resistance, scrub resistance, pigment and filler carrying capacity, and organic pigment wetting compatibility, reaching the level of similar products from well-known brands.
- Utilizing special functional monomers and processing methods, this product is environmentally friendly and can be used to formulate high-grade interior wall latex paints. It can also replace pure acrylic emulsions to reduce costs in the production of various PVC mid-to-high-grade exterior wall latex paints, with outstanding performance.
Storage
The product should be stored in a closed container and avoid freezing and high temperature, Suggested normal storage temperature is 5 to 35℃.
