High Hardness Hydroxy Acrylic Resin for PU Topcoats
SE-6756 is a thermosetting solvent-based Acrylic resin designed for use with amino resins in the production of glass baking enamels & inks, industrial metal baking finishes & inks, and tinplate printing inks. While the application involves additional complexity, including the need for heating and a suitable crosslinking agent, the resulting film offers superior gloss, hardness, and durability that conventional coatings cannot achieve.

Reference Formulation
Processing Conditions
Baking/Curing Conditions:
- 65°C × 60 min, then test after 24 hours of standing
- Air-dry
- 150°C × 5 min
Substrates: Sandblasted tinplate sheets / Tinplate sand sheets; Wood grain paper
Technical Inspection Criteria
Storage Condition
- Store in a cool, well-ventilated area away from heat and open flames. Keep containers tightly sealed when not in use.
- The shelf life of the original package is 12 months from production date. Once the container is opened, it is recommended to use it within a short period of time.
