Alumina Vibration Casting Crucible

Summary:

Fabricated with high-purity alumina aggregate and fired at high temperature, vibration cast alumina crucibles feature dense, uniform bodies with high compactness and low porosity, and possess outstanding high temperature resistance, resistance to molten metal erosion and thermal shock resistance.


Product features:

1.Maximum capacity up to 3 tons

2.Complex shapes can be fabricated, such as built-in pouring siphons.


Range of application:

Suitable for smelting and precision casting of non-ferrous alloys. Vibration casting is adopted for crucibles when isostatic pressing proves uneconomical or impractical for required sizes and shapes.
