Meklon's High-end P-305 Copper Pearl Car Paint Manufacturer Strongly Promotes

Pearl car paint is a unique and high-end car paint color, with copper color on the front, golden yellow on the side, medium grain, opaque and good hiding power.

Pot Life 24 Hours,25ºC
Spray Gun Set Up Gravity feed: 1.2~1.5mm
Suction feed: 1.2~1.7mm
The pressure of spray gun is 3-5 kg/cm²
Spray-Painted Method Thin spray 2 ~3 layers with a air pressure of 3.5 kg, the volatilization time is 2 ~ 3 minutes(25ºC), spraying distance is 15~20cm.
After covered completely, spray the last layer with 2 kg air pressure. After volatilize for 5 ~ 10 minutes but not more than 1
hour, spray varnish.
Film Thickness 10~20 micron
Range of Application The surface of old paint or primer after polishing with the sandpaper or removing the oil.
Others After spraying 1K metal paint,should spray varnish within 1 hour as much as possible,to ensure the accuracy and repeatability
of color formula, stir equably before application.
