Surface treatment: Clean the vehicle body (remove dirt/oil/rust/old paint), polish to enhance adhesion, and cover areas that do not require spraying;
Paint mixing: Accurately mix paint, curing agent, and diluent according to the instructions, and stir thoroughly and evenly;
Spray gun setting: select the appropriate spray gun (gravity type is recommended), adjust the air pressure/paint output/spray form;
Spray painting technique: Hold the gun at a distance of 15-20cm perpendicular to the vehicle body, using the "Z-shaped/overlapping method" (covering 50% -60% of the front layer in a single pass), and extend from concealed areas (such as the inside of the car door) to prominent areas;
Multi layer spraying: Spray in batches, leaving drying time between layers - the first layer is sprayed with a "light mist" as a base to increase adhesion, and then thickened layer by layer to achieve the desired color/gloss;
Drying and curing: Natural air drying in a ventilated environment (duration adjusted with paint type/temperature), some paints need to be heated and cured;
Inspection and repair: After drying, check for defects such as sagging, orange peel, and particles. If necessary, lightly sandpaper and spray to improve.
