Q: What ratio and thinner should I use for this orange red 1K paint?

A: Mix 1:1 base paint to thinner using EX10 fast, EX20 standard or EX30 slow thinner, chosen by shop temperature. Spray with a 1.2mm gravity gun at 2.0-3.0 MPa over a smooth, dry 1K primer surface, then allow 3-5 minutes flash-off at 20-25C.

Q: How does drying time change with booth temperature?

A: At 25C the surface dries in 10-15 minutes with polishing possible after about an hour; at 35C that drops to 5-10 minutes surface dry and 40 minutes to polish; at 60C it is 3-5 minutes and 15 minutes respectively. Use the temperature table to plan how many panels you can run per shift.

Q: Is the coating really waterproof and nontoxic?

A: The cured acrylic film is waterproof and resists moisture penetration, so it protects the panel in humid and coastal markets, and the formula is nontoxic in normal spray application with standard PPE. For long outdoor exposure finish with a UV-stable clear coat to lock in gloss and colour.

Q: What prep does the panel need for a seamless repair?

A: Sand the old paint or substrate with P500-P600 by machine or P800-P1000 by hand, clean thoroughly, and refine the repair edges before spraying to guarantee interlayer adhesion. A smooth, dry 1K primer surface gives the best levelling and colour hold.
