Waste PET Fiber Recycling Strand Pelletizing Line

Waste Chemical Fiber Recycling Strand Pelletizing Line is mainly used for recycling and pelletizing waste chemical fiber, synthetic fiber, polyester fiber, PET fiber, nylon fiber and other fiber materials. It is suitable for processing textile waste, fiber scraps, non-woven fabric waste, polyester fiber waste and related plastic fiber materials.

The production line can complete feeding, melting, plasticizing, filtration, strand cooling, pellet cutting and pellet collection. The final product is recycled plastic pellets, which can be used for extrusion, injection molding, fiber production, compounding or further plastic processing.

This line is designed for light, fluffy and irregular fiber materials. It can be equipped with suitable feeding system, single screw extruder, hydraulic screen changer, water cooling tank, air dryer, strand pellet cutter, vibrating screen and storage silo according to different material conditions and production requirements.

The machine has stable performance, easy operation and convenient maintenance. Capacity, voltage, screw design, machine layout and pelletizing system can be customized according to customer requirements.
