Description:

The production line including the conveyor belt,metal detector ,plastic wet crusher,floting washing tank,high speed friction washer,centrifugal dewatering machine drying system and label separating machine,material collecting packing system.

This unit is mainly for PP PE plastic film: the used plastic film are teared and crushed, then after being washed, dewatered and dryed, the water content will be very low, and PP/PE film after being washed can be directly granulated (water-ring palletizing), the gained granules are even and smooth with shiny surface. So, it is an ideal equipment in waste plastic recycling industry, with leading technology in the world.
