It contains the debale, trommel separation, Metals separator like the eddy current sorting machine and magnetic sorting machine, AI sorter for the bottles separation from the non pet bottles, also the crusher, floating tank, friction washing, hot washing system, and floating tank system, and dewatering machine, label serapator and the color sorter and material sorter etc and packing.

Here we want to mention the most important part is the AI sorter that brings to the whole washing line. In this step, if we use the suitable AI sorter it will help reduce large working load down stream. We could reduce the manual workers sorting. Also it will reduce the matrial sorter at the end of the line. At the same time it will largelt improve the whole PET flakes quality and increase the whole products quality.
