The compact AC powered side loader electric forklift is predicted to change the worldwide market for sideloaders. The goal was to produce a highly efficient and sustained electric machine capable of efficiently working in small spaces.

Creating a smaller, lightweight chassis, involved designing a series of cornuted sections to provide rigidity and firmness. The steering axle provides a lower centre of gravity.

ZERO EMISSIONS

In developing electric side loader forklift the goal was to produce a highly efficient and sustained machine capable of working in fastidious adhibitions. Electrics offer zero emissions, are cheaper to run and maintain, as well as offering a better operator environment. Noise and cost savings will also benefit from the forklift.

INNOVATIVE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

Through closed-loop control, the hydraulic pressure is adjusted depending on the load, saving energy and improving efficiency.

INCREASED BATTERY PERFORMANCE

The innovations, 80v/500Ah power supply has increased battery performance.

AC WIRING SCHEMATIC

Electric side loader forklift allows a larger, intelligent battery system, created specifically for GOODSENSE in a custom arrangement. This in turn is complemented by an AC wiring schematic, featuring individual cables directly connected to each component to provide maximum efficiency.

IMPROVED TURNING CIRCLE

The reduced length & improved turning circle have been achieved without sacrificing the mast or well width, clearance & low bed height.
