Product Description

The RCQ-1 Borehole Logging Equipment is a dependable geophysical logging instrument built specifically to measure apparent resistivity and natural potential in boreholes. It comprises a surface unit, Kevlar-reinforced cable, electric winch, and downhole electrode probe—all working together to ensure consistent, accurate data collection.
Equipped with an adaptive power supply solution, the system sends AC square waves to the formation while simultaneously measuring current and voltage. This design enables precise resistivity logging across a wide operational range. What’s more, the RCQ-1 is lightweight and simple to operate: it can be directly connected to a PC, supporting real-time data logging, transmission, and mapping.
It finds broad application in groundwater exploration, mineral prospecting, engineering geology, and geotechnical surveys—all scenarios that demand reliable borehole resistivity data for informed decision-making.
