Product Overview
FEP film is extruded from fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP) resin with a smooth surface and excellent comprehensive properties. It can be processed by heat sealing, welding, metallization, lamination, and vacuum forming.
Key Properties
Chemical Resistance
- Excellent inertness against most strong acids, alkalis, and common solvents (e.g., DMF, DMSO).
- Resistant to concentrated sulfuric acid and nitric acid.
- Not resistant to molten alkali metals, fluorine, and certain halogen compounds under specific conditions.
- Good barrier performance against gases and liquids (values subject to testing).
Thermal Properties
- Continuous service temperature: -240℃ to +205℃
