640 Four-Layer Cloth Inserted Silicone Hose is a food-grade platinum-cured silicone hose designed for hygienic suction and transfer applications in food, beverage, cosmetics, chemical, pharmaceutical, and bioengineering industries.

The hose is made with a food-grade platinum-cured silicone inner tube, with optional FVMQ, FPM/FKM, or FEP inner liner according to different working media requirements. The reinforcement layer consists of four layers of reinforced polyester mesh fabric, providing improved pressure resistance, dimensional stability, and anti-deformation performance. The outer layer is made of food-grade platinum-cured silicone.

The smooth inner wall makes the hose easy to clean and helps reduce material residue. The hose offers excellent flexibility, good bending performance, and stable operation in complex pipeline layouts. It can be used for transferring liquids, solids, powders, food liquids, edible oil, dairy products, beverages, wine, chemical fluids, cosmetic materials, and pharmaceutical media.

The hose can be used for CIP, SIP, radiation sterilization, and autoclave sterilization processes. It can also be supplied with TC sanitary fittings, SMS fittings, DIN fittings, flange fittings, and threaded fittings according to customer requirements.
