The Rail Transit Tunnel Cleaning Vehicle is a multifunctional cleaning equipment designed specifically for track tunnels (subway/railway). Its core function is to efficiently remove dust, oil, water stains, and sediment from the inner walls, arches, ballast beds, and channels of the tunnel, ensuring the brightness of tunnel lighting, safe operation of mechanical and electrical equipment, and reducing fire risks. It is a key main vehicle model for track operation and maintenance.

  • Full Section Cleaning: Covering tunnel arches, side walls, track beds, trackside channels, and sound barriers, suitable for narrow space operations below 1100mm
  • Accurate Adaptation: Selectively avoids electrical facilities such as contact networks and signal boxes to prevent equipment damage
  • Environmental Recycling: Equipped with vacuum suction system with wastewater recovery rate exceeding 95%, eliminating secondary pollution
  • Multi-Purpose Functionality: Some models integrate cleaning and dredging functions, operable separately or in combination
