QYJB-10B Foam Re-bonding Machine( with steam)

This Foam Re-bonding Machine(with steam) is mainly used for foam flocks that come from foam crusher blown into mixing drum of foam re-bonding machine after mixing with adhesive. Then the mixture is dropped into a standard size mold L2m×W1.55m×H1.2m where it goes under hydraulic pressure to shape bonded foam. The new developped automatic foam rebonding machine, with a steam, which can produce foam 5 times as fast as form one.Adopt pneumatic equipment to clean up remanent foam.
