Super torque miniature electric actuator with two auxiliary limit switches
Description

DCL-02B Compact Actuators are designed for valves or swinging arms with a full-range rotation of up to 90°. The motor is precisely controlled by internal cams and limit switches, featuring two additional passive auxiliary switches for reliable position confirmation.

Its unique, ultra-compact design incorporates a final-stage worm gear to ensure robust self-locking. DCL offers comprehensive customization services, including bespoke wiring diagrams and a pre-set middle position (ideal for applications like T-type 3-way ball valves). All units are rigorously tested and certified by CSA to meet UL and CSA standards.
