IP67 Water Treatment DN600 Butterfly Valve Actuator
Features
  • The smallest size and most compact design in torque range from 18Nm to 2500Nm
  • Double row chain from gear box to worm gear stem ensure torque transfer strength
  • Strong motor equipped to make sure high start torque beyond rated torque in 10% under rated voltage
  • Hard high pressure die cast aluminum housing with watertight IP67 and NEMA 4X
  • Match up to DN650 butterfly valve, DN350 ball valve and DN1200 ventilation butterfly valve and flap valve.
  • All metal gear train with self-locking worm gear, stays in last known position once power loss, no additional brake needed
  • Manual override with wrench or de-crutched handwheel
  • Heavy duty fully enclosed squirrel-cage asynchronous motor with thermal overload protection, duty rate 80%, F rate insulation.

Description

DCL compact electric actuators are widely used with temperature control valves on ships. These electric temperature control valves are primarily applied in the automatic regulation of fresh water, seawater, or lubricating oil within cooling systems for generators, diesel engines, and turbines.

Thanks to the actuator’s high positioning accuracy (error ≤1%), the temperature control precision can be maintained within ±1°C.

Marine environments present strong electrical surges and electromagnetic interference due to the independent onboard power systems. To ensure stable operation under such conditions, all DCL actuators undergo strict EMC testing to meet the demanding requirements of marine applications.

DCL actuators are rigorously tested and certified:
