Mine Sieving Woven Wire Screen Mesh Galvanized Sandstone Mine
Product Overview
Crimped Wire Mesh is manufactured using carbon iron wire, galvanized steel wire, or stainless steel wire. This specialized screening material is woven after crimping to create durable, precise openings for industrial applications.
Weaving Process
Crimped wire mesh features wires that are crimped at the intersection points before weaving. This specialized manufacturing process ensures dimensional stability and precise aperture control. Available in round or square wire configurations upon request.
Key Features
- Exceptional dimensional strength and stability
- Superior resistance to abrasion and wear
- Uniform openings for precise screening
- Excellent anti-corrosion properties
- Ideal for mine, quarry, and industrial applications

Weaving Types
Double Crimp Wire Mesh
Manufactured with pre-crimped wires to achieve precise screening apertures and maximum rigidity. Ideal for applications where materials are not sticky or have minimal tendency to peg or wedge.
Flat Top Wire Mesh
Features wires crimped on one side only to create a flat surface, enhancing durability and allowing larger apertures with high precision. Commonly used for coarse mineral screening applications.
Lock Crimp Wire Mesh
Engineered with pre-crimped wires to deliver precise screening apertures and maximum structural rigidity. Performs exceptionally well in conditions where materials exhibit low stickiness or minimal pegging/wedging tendencies.
Applications
This versatile wire mesh is extensively used in vibrating screens and stone crushers for sieving mine materials and aggregates, as well as in asphalt mixer plants for road construction. Additional applications include:
- Filtration and protection in petroleum, chemical, and marine industries with acid and alkali environments
- Glass reinforcement applications
- Various industrial and household baskets
- Art crafts and decorative applications
- Kitchen and refrigerator baskets
