49 Inch Dual OS Floor Standing Digital Signage Kiosk Android Windows Split Screen LCD Display for Conference Room
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to buy the Windows OPS module separately?
The ECK-4904DO includes the built-in Android 13 system as standard. The Intel OPS-C Windows module is an optional accessory that plugs into the 80-pin OPS slot on the rear panel. We offer pre-configured OPS modules with Windows 10/11 Pro, Intel Core i5/i7 processors, 8GB/16GB RAM, and 256GB/512GB SSD. You can also use your own compatible OPS module.
Can I switch between Android and Windows without rebooting?
The two systems operate independently. You can switch between them via the input source menu. The Android system provides instant-on signage functionality, while the OPS Windows module boots in approximately 15-20 seconds. Both systems can access the display and touch features.
Is this suitable as a video conferencing display?
Yes. When equipped with the Windows OPS module, you can run Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet directly on the kiosk. The built-in speakers, optional USB camera, and 10-point touch screen create a complete video conferencing station. The 49-inch 4K display provides ample screen real estate for shared content and participant grids.
Can the split-screen layout be customized for my specific needs?
Absolutely. Our CMS split-screen editor supports fully customizable layouts. You can define zone sizes, positions, aspect ratios, and content types (video, image, text, web page, RSS feed, clock, weather). Custom layouts can be saved as templates and deployed across multiple kiosks simultaneously.
What API integrations are supported?
The CMS platform supports REST API for content management, device monitoring, and scheduling. Standard integrations include Microsoft 365 (calendar/room booking), Google Workspace, and generic webhook endpoints. Custom API integrations are available through our solutions engineering team for enterprise projects.
