• Description of vinyl flooring:

LVT planks can be installed over a variety of finished floors including single layer resilient sheet flooring/tile,ceramic,marble and terrazzo.The surface must be in good condition and show no signs of excessive moisture conditions.Grout joints and heavy embossing(vinyl)in tile must be leveled so that are flush with the flooring surface.Additionally the tile may require several skim coats to achieve a flat surface.Carpet,heavily cushioned vinyl floors or vinyl floors consisting of multiple layers are not a suitable subfloor for installation.

Frequently moved furniture (chairs) should be equip ed with felt pads to avoid scratching the floor and checked regularly.Heavy furniture and appliances should be equiped with non-staining large surface floor protectors.Furniture with castors or wheel must be easy swiveling,large surface non-staining and suitable for resilient floors.Do not use ball type castors as they can damage the floor.

1. Floor must be placed at the entrance of buildings to avoid sand and dust entering through shoelaces.

2. The ground that sunlight can direct to may contract and change color, so curtain must be installed to block sunlight.

3. PVC floor material may be due to furniture, sofa, household appliances bottom rubber gasket caused discoloration, so the use of protective materials (silver, paper) isolation.

4. When moving heavy objects such as furniture and piano, pay attention to avoid scraping and bumping on the ground. The feet of steel furniture should be equipped with rubber protective pads to prevent floor loss.

5. Do not place burning cigarette butts on the floor to prevent burning the floor.
