1.Material fully mixing and feeding

2.Adjust the thickness,produce bottom and middle layers

3.Cut the print film and wear layer into needed sizes to match the flooring size

4.Stack up base layer,print film,wear layer on a steel panel

5.Convey the stacked layers into hot press machine

6.Water cooling and UV coating

7.Keep flooring in balance temperature room for 48hours

8.Cutting the floor into different sizes

9.Trimming or slotting if needed

1. Normally it is cartoon with black words PVC Flooring without any color print.

If you have your own design,please send us,the MOQ is 2000pcs.

2.Label on the side of box to make sure specification correct and dump orderly.

3.Floor edge on each pallet will be protected with paper angle guard.

4.Fasten the packing by wrapping film for 3-5 laps around the pallet.

5.Cover the top for protection floor on the pallet.

6.Fasten belt to strengthen the pallet.(at least four lines)

7.Fore more convenient check.we will print a packing list and stick it on the pallet.

Our products have a limitted warranty as long as 1year.

2.How about the delivery time ?

Lead time since receipt of 30% T/T deposit payment : 30 days . (Samples will be prepared within 5 days.)

3.Do you offer other products besides vinyl flooring?

If you would like to buy T-molding, skirting ,leveling or glue from us,you are welcomed.

4.Do you charge for the samples ?

According to our company policy ,We provide samples free of charge ,But the air freight is paid by customers.

5.Can you produce according to customers' design ?
