Plastic Soft PVC Garden Fiber Braided Reinforced Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Machine
This specialized extrusion machine is designed for producing PVC fiber reinforced hoses, also known as PVC net hoses or snake hoses. The finished products are soft, non-toxic, transparent, and offer excellent pressure resistance, tensile strength, and corrosion resistance. Ideal for transporting pressure corrosive gases and liquids, lawn and garden watering applications, and widely used in chemical, agricultural, and construction industries.

Machine Components

Production Process
PVC powder + additive → mixing → material feeder → twin screw extruder → mould and calibrator → vacuum and cooling tank → spraying cooling machine → haul-off machine → cutting machine → discharge rack or pipe belling machine.
