Material → Color Mixer → Material Feeding → Single Screw Extruder → Extrusion Mould & Calibrator → Vacuum Calibration Cooling Tank → Spray Cooling Tank → Printer → Haul-off Unit → Cutter → Stacker or Coiler

Vacuum Calibration & Cooling Tank
Two-chamber structure with vacuum calibration and cooling parts. Constructed from stainless steel 304 with excellent vacuum system for precise pipe sizing. Extended 8m cooling process ensures optimal cooling and superior surface quality.
Haul-off Unit
Three crawler track design ensures stable and steady pipe running. Customizable hauling models through general control adjustments to meet specific production requirements.
Cutting Unit
High-accuracy encoder for precise and stable cutting length. PLC control system with manual operation capability. All surfaces constructed from stainless steel 304 for corrosion resistance and extended working lifetime.
