PVC Pipe Extrusion Machine Production Line Water Sewer Pressure Tube

Short desciption

PVC Plastic pipe making machine is mainly used in the production of Agricultural water supply & water discharge system, architectural water supply & discharge system, wire laying system, etc. purposes. The unit consists of Conical (Parallel) double screw extruder-PVC pipe mold-Vacuum forming tank-Haul-off machine-Cutting machine-Stacker/Belling machine. And the line can be equipped with Comptroller thickening instrument or computer ink-jet printer, etc. to achieve the production and manufacture of high-grade tubing.

Tech Features & Advantages

1. Barrier type screw, by which the material can get good plasticizing at low temperature but high extrusion output.
2. Barrel with feeding groove, material is 38CrMoAl and nitrogen treated, surface hardness is HRC 65-68, which can has a long use life.
3. Millipore type mould with suitable inner compression ratio which can guarantee to produce high quality PPR PE pipes.
4. High automatic level. The production line is controlled by PLC(touch screen). All parts, like extruder, haul off unit, cutter etc can be controlled by touch screen synchronously.

Screw Loader for Mixer→ Mixer unit→ Screw Loader for Extruder→ Conical Twin Screw Extruder → Mould → Vacuum Calibration Tank → Four claws Haul-off → Planetary Saw Cutter → Belling machine/ Tripping Table → Final Product Inspecting &Packing

R type, U type and square type as belling machine at customer's requests.

PVC drainage pipe with various diameters and thick walls for agricultural water supply and drainage, building water supply and drainage.
PVC drainage pipe extrusion line consists mixer, feeder, twin screw extruder, extruding mould 50-200mm, shaper, vacuum tank, three jaw haul- off, planetary cutter, roll over table and crusher. The machine unit is reliable and has high production efficiency.
