Single Screw Extruder:

Different models for options:SJ65/30,SJ90/30,SJ90/33 High quality electrical components, like , Omron, Fuji, Delta, etc. Alloy screw & barrel, which guarantee high quality and stable output. Equipped with high qualty gearbox and distributor. Extruder control by PLC screen touch is available as well; PLC screen touch is from (customized).

Vacuum & Cooling Tank

The vacuum and cooling tank cool and dry extruded pipe to help maintain ovality and pipe uniformity.

Haul Off (Puller) Machine

A pipe haul off machine pulls fresh pipe from the extruder through the vacuum and cooling tank.

Cutter Machine

The pipe cutter machine cuts PE pipe to the desired length programed into the HMI.

Accumulator Machine

An pipe accumulator machine serves the purpose of maintaining a buffer between the change over of coils.

Coiler Machine

The pipe coiler machine allows you to coil pipe for sale and distribution (See also automatic coiler machine).
