Material Preparation

PE resin pellets are dried (if necessary) and fed into the hopper of the injection molding machine.

Pulling & Haul-Off

Haul-Off Unit: Motorized caterpillar tracks pull the pipe at a controlled speed, synchronizing with extrusion output.

Cutting & Stacking

Cutting Saw: An automatic cutter slices the pipe to specified lengths (e.g., 6m, 12m).

Quality Control

Wall Thickness Monitoring: Ultrasonic/laser sensors verify uniformity.
