APPLICATION:

Technological processes

Material Feeding

PE plastic granules are fed into the hopper of the extruder.

Optional drying system (if moisture absorption is a concern).

Melting & Extrusion

The single screw extruder heats and melts the plastic granules.

The screw rotates to push the molten plastic through the die head, forming a continuous pipe shape.

Vacuum Sizing & Calibration

The extruded pipe passes through a vacuum sizing tank to ensure accurate diameter and roundness.

Cooling water sprays help solidify the pipe structure.

Cooling

The pipe moves through a cooling tank (spray or immersion type) to fully harden.

Hauling (Pulling)

A haul-off machine grips and pulls the pipe at a controlled speed to maintain consistency.

Cutting

An automatic cutting machine (saw or planetary cutter) cuts the pipe to the required length.

Stacking & Packaging

Finished pipes are collected and stacked for packaging.

Optional printing or marking system for labeling.
